Notes: The end result of a not exactly "consensual" drunken night between her human father and vistani mother, Svetlana was never exactly accepted by her mother's people. While never openly rejected by her people, she was never truly treated as one of them, and thus felt alone for most of her life, even while surrounded by family. Not long ago, during one of the many stops her family caravan would make as they traveled the land, Svetlana simply gathered up her few meger belongings (and a few borrowed items as well) and just left. Knowing she wouldn't exactly be missed, she thought it best to just try and make her own way in the world as best she could and leave her former life behind her, at least until such time as she might be able to prove herself to her own people.

Good, good
I'm sure you know about it but the SRD is still fully functional, you don't really need anything else to make a PC. Unless of course you're considering all the splat books which may or may not be allowed.
Basically anything outside the PHB is approval.

Ended up going with a female character anyway, mainly due to the fact that I couldn't find a suitable picture of a male character. lol
Seriously, I have been looking for a couple hours now, and the best I have come up with that looks close to how I was picturing him, is a pic of a lego guy dressed as a rogue.
So, now he is a she.

Looks good to me, although I'd suggest that you wouldn't really need to put all your feats in to skill buffs (being a thief anyway) if you didn't want to. Might benefit from a little diversity.
Language wise, going to be using real world languages (easier to keep track of). English = Common, Tralak (I think, Gypsy, basically) Italian and Germanic, French, Russian and Polish is spoken.
I'll discuss the rest with you later in person.

Right, real languages. I'll make some changes then.

If you are going for real world languages, then shouldn't Gypsy language be Romani?

Re: Ravenloft - Svetlana Corvara
Some form of slavic language, yeah. But then, as he pointed out to me earlier, them damn gypsies are like a bloody plague and spread out everywhere. And honestly, it really don't matter what we change it to. Could be Italian, Romani, Spanish, or American Ghetto Hillbilly. Really just need to assign it a name.
Unless of course everyone really wants stuff to be as historicly acurate as possible. Then we just threaten to tie the DM up and not give him any smokes or beer until we get our way.
Also, yeah, the feats. I'm looking at possible things to change still, so what's up there now it's totally final yet.

Yes, absolute historical accuracy. Not only will the gypsy language be Romani, but you must learn each Romani dialect separately!!

Not a problem. By the time I'm like level 240, I should have them all learned.
